Ajax youngster Matthijs de Ligt has been at the center of attention as he is being linked with a move from the Dutch club with several European top clubs, including Barcelona, PSG, Manchester United, Juventus, having shown an interest in him.
The reports claimed that Barcelona and PSG were the favorites to sign the young defender, however according to other reports De Ligt has agreed a deal with Serie A side Juventus.
Sky Sports journalist Fabrizio Romano claims that De Ligt to Juventus is a done deal.
"Total agreement reached between Juventus and Ajax, the contract will be until June 2024 for €12M/season [add ons included]" Romano wrote on his
Instagram page.
It is left for the clubs to do the paper work and De Ligt will arrive in Italy on next days.
