Mino Raiola and his cousin Vincenzo have won their appeals against a three-month ban. It’s a great news for a number of top players including Paul Pogba, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Matthijs de Ligt, Mario Balotelli as well as Lorenzo Insigne.
Raiola has been suspended from transfer activity due to the Gianluca Scamacca case, when they were accused of poaching the now-Sassuolo player from his agents.
The Federal Court of Appeal in Italy accepted their version of events and decided to scrap the three-month ban, which would’ve run to August 9 for Mino.
The CAS in Lausanne had already ruled that the ban would be suspended pending further review. It's expected that the court will announce a definite decision in the first week or two of July, but as things stand Raiola can continue to work.
