Abel Sanchez makes his prediction for the Canelo V Jacobs fight

Gennady Golovkin’s former coach Abel Sanchez has made his prediction for the Canelo Alvarez fight against Daniel Jacobs. Alvarez will defend his WBA and WBC middleweight titles against IBF champion Jacobs in a title unification fight in Las Vegas, on Saturday 4th May 2019. “I see this as a 60-40 fight in favour of Canelo. I like Canelo’s belief in self. I like his temperament in the ring. Better skills, speed. It will be closed for seven to eight rounds, and then Canelo takes the last part of the fight,” Sanchez said. Sanchez was with GGG from when he was 18-0, until now. The Kazakh boxer announced last week that he was going in a different direction, and would be working with another cornerman for his next fight, which will unfold June 8 at Madison Square Garden on DAZN.
