In Group H, Denmark and Slovenia finished as group winners and runners-up with 22 and 22 points, respectively. Finland and Kazakhstan finished third and fourth with 18 points each, and both countries qualified for the play-off.
In Group I, Romania and Switzerland finished as group winners and runners-up with 22 and 17 points, respectively. Israel finished third with 15 points and qualified for the play-off.
