Agent confirms Arsenal player could make a move to Barcelona in January

  Shkodran Mustafi’s agent has confirmed there have been talks with Barcelona over the player's possible move in January. The 28-year-old has found his playing time limited at Emirates Stadium this term, while he seems to be eager to leave Mikel Arteta's side in the winter transfer window. Mustafi has turned down Gunners' offer to sign a new deal, while there have been speculations over his possible transfer to Camp Nou. Rapid Vienna’s Yusuf Demir has also been linked with Catalan giants and, amid the transfer rumors, the youngster’s agent, Emre Ozturk, uploaded a picture from Barcelona with the caption "ready for meeting". However, it turned out to be another discussion, regarding Mustafi rather than the 17-year-old target. "I’m not in Barcelona because of Yusuf Demir, but because of Shkodran Mustafi from Arsenal, who we also represent," he told SPOX.
