Alan Shearer has raved about Joelinton, claiming the Newcastle United star has been "brilliant" for his side in the last few weeks.
The Magpies celebrated a 2 - 1 victory over the rivals Brentford in the Premier League on Saturday. Alexandr Isak scored one of the winning goals to give his team the lead over the opponents.
Shearer was particularly impressed by Joelinton's contribution to the game and included the winger in his Premier League Team of the Week for Matchday 30.
“What a brilliant few weeks he’s had! And such excellent skill shown for the equaliser against Brentford," the pundit wrote in the Premier League column.
