Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson has been ruled out of the Reds clash with Brighton tonight, due to illness. However, there is no suggestion yet as to the exact problem. Klopp is already without all four of his first-choice centre-back options, with Joel Matip, Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez all expected to miss the rest of the campaign. Fabinho is not part of the 20-man squad against Brighton. Sadio Mane also misses the game having failed to recover from the injury which kept him out of Sunday’s win at West Ham.
