Andy Murray predicts who will win 2019 Wimbledon title

Photo/Alex Morton/Getty Images Novak Djokovic heads to Wimbledon SW 19 as the defending champion and a four-time winner. Roger Federer is the record holder as he won the trophy eight times. Rafael Nadal, meanwhile, will be gunning for a third title. Andy Murray and the trio are the only ones to have won the Gentleman’s Singles trophy at the All England Club the past 16 years. Murray won’t play in the singles following his surgery at the start of the year, but he believes one of Federer, Djokovic or Nadal will be the last man standing on July 14. “I think the winner will come from those three,” he said. “I guess it’s possible that some of the guys with huge serves could potentially go on a run and there will maybe be some upsets early on. If those guys are fit and healthy and get through the first few rounds, I would expect one of them to come through.”
