Andy Robertson believes any team is capable of winning the Champions League trophy this term, however, Bayern Munich are more likely to be the winners.
Liverpool were the crowned champions of the European competition last term, beating Tottenham in the final. Moreover, they reached to the Premier League trophy this campaign for the first time since 1990.
However, the Champions League's current season didn't turn out to be a successful one for Jurgen Klopp's side, with Atletico Madrid securing their place in the quarter-finals.
While Liverpool are out of the competition, Robertson has made his prediction over the winner of the season.
Speaking to The Lockdown Tactics, he said:
"Behind closed doors and being at neutral venues I think it opens it up.
Before lockdown Bayern looked excellent against Chelsea. Real Madrid are always there or thereabouts but they’ve got to overturn Manchester City which is never easy. I think Man City could be there and Juventus.
Behind closed doors at a neutral venue I honestly think any of them could win it. We played against Atletico and they defend for their lives.
If they get a lead I fancy them to keep it. If I had to put my neck on the line though I’d go Bayern Munich."
