Liverpool star Roberto Firmino is set to be left out of the Reds’ starting line-up for their Champions League clash with Red Star Belgrade.
Xherdan Shaqiri has been left at home after Klopp decided he didn’t want his side to get involved in political matters.
And now the German boss appears to make changes with Daniel Sturridge set to replace Firmino from the start.
Sturridge has scored four times for Liverpool this term but has been reduced to starts in the Carabao Cup. Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane are expected to start, while Joe Gomez could be pushed to right-back in favour of Trent Alexander-Arnold.
