Anthony Martial nears Manchester United exit after attending his child's birth

Anthony Martial is edging closer to being sold by Manchester United after he decided to leave the club’s United States tour early to attend the birth of his child. It’s still not confirmed whether United manager Jose Mourinho has given a permission to the France international to leave the club’s trainings or not. It’s obvious that Mourinho is unhappy over the late notice and it can be taken a s a signal of intent that he intends to force his way out of the club. He has a year left on his contract, and United have the option to extend by another season. Tottenham are known to be keen on Martial, although they have not made a bid for the former Monaco striker, who cost United £36m in September 2015.
