Arsenal have reportedly agreed a contrct with long-time target Yannick Carrasco to take him to the Emirates.
The 25-year-old was linked with a loan move to Unai Emery's team in January but his employees were unwilling to sanction a temporary deal.
So instead of Carrasco, Arsenal signed Denis Suarez, who later left the Emirates after a disappointing stint.
However, suggestions that the clubs have reached an agreement of £30million are premature,
Carrasco moved to China from Atletico Madrid in 2018, and he has since made 25 appearances in the Chinese Super League, scoring seven goals.
