Arsenal have approached Barcelona for more information about Ousmane Dembele’s situation and the prospect of discussing a fee for the Frenchman. Dembele has been linked with a move away from Barcelona in recent weeks. It has been reported, that the Gunners have made a loan-to-buy bid for the 21-year-old.
