Arsenal and Chelsea scout Brazilian right-back

Arsenal and Chelsea are tracking Atletico Mineiro’s young prospect Emerson, according to O Tempo. Both Premier League clubs have been taking a keen interest in Emerson, who is a right-footed defender. The  19-year-old has played 20 times in the Brazilian Serie A this season, scoring once. A Bola Brasil suggests that Benfica and PSG are also watching the highly-rated youngster. O Tempo report that Atletico Mineiro maybe forced to sell one of their biggest assets due to financial problems and they are hoping for a fee of around £8million for the player.
