Arsenal finished their warm-weather break in Dubai with a match against the UAE Arabian Gulf League club.
Despite Arsenal’s 3-2 win, the Gunners had a poor start to the game and found themselves a goal down after just 14 minutes.
Shkodran Mustafi made an error that made Arsenal fans angry.
With the German on his back and unable to make a worthwhile defensive contribution, Fernandez then struck a brilliant effort off the post to beat Bernd Leno.
Fortunately for Arsenal, Carl Jenkinson equalised in the 42nd minute to pull the Gunners level by half time. But once again, another Mustafi mistake was the key highlight for Arsenal’s supporters, who clearly do not see a future for the German at the club.
