Arsenal are set to play Sheffield United on Sunday as the Premier League action resumes.
Both Martin Odegaard and Emile Smith Rowe face late fitness tests ahead of the game.
Odegaard missed the 1-1 draw with Slavia Prague on Thursday due to an ankle injury and when asked about the 22-year-old's chances of featuring in Prague, manager head coach Mikel Arteta said:
"I don't know, he wasn’t able to play today and he will be out, I think, for the next game or two. But we don’t know yet."
Meanwhile, Smith Rowe suffered a hip injury when on international duty with England Under-21s and he is also in a race against time to be passed fit for Sunday's game at Bramall Lane.
