Arsenal head of football Raul Sanllehi has spoken out on transfer policy of the team since Arsene Wenger left the club this summer.
Before, Wenger was the main man to decide the players for the club. However, since Sven Mislintat appointment in position of head of recruitment, it is now a whole team working on finding new players in the market.
“We have a full team of professionals looking into the market, analyzing the possibilities and the players,” he said (via

“The head coach embraces the philosophy we have and the way we want to play. If we see an opportunity, there is a healthy debate.
“Every decision we make involves all the experts at the club and we will always make the right decisions for the long-term benefit of the club.”
Sanllehi has also spoken about the transfer campaign in January.
“Right now, we have not even started looking into that. Unless something special comes up, in principle, the winter window is not one that we are really interested in.
“We have a self-sustaining business model that is very robust and we are convinced we can be successful under that business model.” he added.
