Arsenal interested in attacker who left Tottenham three years ago

Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Noni Madueke from PSV Eindhoven. The 19-year-old left Tottenham only three years ago, but could return to the Premier League this summer, after impressing in the Netherlands. According to The Sun, Mikel Arteta has added Madueke to his transfer shortlist.
