Arsenal join Chelsea in the race for £35m forward

According to DailyStar, Arsenal have joined Chelsea in the race for PSV forward Hirving Lozano. TMW suggests that are interested in the winger but may be put off by his £35m price-tag. It is believed that PSV will reportedly settle for a fee close to £27m with add-ons if clubs get in the line for the player in the summer. The player has also been linked with moves to La Liga side Real Madrid and Barcelona as well as Napoli and Manchester United.
