According to The Telegraph, Arsenal have allegedly decided to spend £35m in order to sign Freiburg defender Caglar Soyuncu.
Arsenal’s head of recruitment Sven Mislintat is the key figure behind the deal and he wants Soyuncu to be signed on a long-term contract.
The 21-year-old has featured for Freiburg on 30 appearances this season and already earned nine cups for Turkey.
