Arsenal organized special ceremony to promote four players to senior squad

Arsenal have organized a special traditional ceremony to welcome young players to the senior squad. In the ceremony four players saw their shirts moved to take pride of place in the dressing room alongside the established names of the first team. Alexandre Lacazette, Mesut Ozil and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang were present as the entire Arsenal first team squad formed a line to acknowledge the formal promotion of Eddie Nketiah, Emile Smith Rowe, Joe Willock and Reiss Nelson. Nketiah and Willock played for Emery in various competitions while Nelson excelled on loan with Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga. Smith Rowe also featured for the first team before leaving for Germany to join RB Leipzig on loan in January, although injuries curtailed his progress. Emery’s squad will  fly to the USA on Thursday.
