Arsenal new head coach Unai Emery gives the club the green light to sign CSKA Moscow midfielder Aleksandr Golovin, according to Football.London.
CSKA rejected two bids of €17m and €18m from Juventus, while Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has claimed that Golovin’s price tag is €25m (£21m).
According to Russian news outlet SportExpress, scouts from Arsenal have provided Unai Emery with a report on Golovin and the Spaniard has given the go-ahead for the club to complete a deal.
The report states that whilst an official offer from Arsenal hasn't been submitted as of yet, one is expected to come soon.
