Arsenal suffered a disappointing defeat at the hands of Everton on Sunday. It was the Gunners' sixth defeat on the road this season. But what is more terrible it could be followed by another defeat on the horizon.
Arsenal travel to Watford - who made it through to the final of the FA Cup by beating Wolves yesterday - a week today (Monday, April 15), and goalkeeper Bernd Leno foresees similar issues to the ones his side faced at Goodison when they go to Vicarage Road.
Speaking after the Everton clash, Leno said: "It was a disappointing result. We played OK but we didn’t have many chances to score. We conceded an unlucky goal at the beginning of the game from a throw-in and it was difficult to play against a deep defence.
"The early goal was much better for Everton. If the game stayed 0-0 for longer it would have been much easier for us.
"In the second half, Everton had some chances after transitions, but we have to improve to play against deep defences and create chances, because I think the next game against Watford will be the same."
