Atletico Madrid star Gelson Martins has been linked with a move to Arsenal, however, has joined Ligue 1 side Monaco. Arsenal were hotly-tipped as a potential destination for Martins. The 23-year-old has this afternoon secured a loan move to French giants Monaco, until the end of the season.
