Arsenal target set to make decision on his future this week

Sports journalist and transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, has provided an update on Arsenal’s interest in Dominik Szoboszlai. According to a recent report from The Athletic, plenty of clubs including Arsenal and Tottenham are showing keen interest in the 20-year-old playmaker. While speaking to The Arsenal Lounge, Romano has claimed that the Gunners would be trying to bring in a creative midfielder in the January transfer window. “They need quality in midfield. This was the idea of the club last summer," said Romano. "We know they were trying to sign Aouar till the last day of the transfer window, they signed Thomas Partey instead. They need to bring some quality in midfield.  “They were negotiating and talking with the agent of Szoboszlai for many weeks. He is being scouted by the club for many years. In my opinion, he is one of the best talents in Europe. He is an interesting player and a true talent.  “Now he needs to make his decision. For sure, Arsenal is interested, so is AC Milan and RB Leipzig. At the moment, the situation is that the player after the Champions League this week will make his decision.
