Roma are set for urgent contract talks with Arsenal and Juventus target Nicolo Zaniola to prevent the star leaving the club.
The 19-year-old midfielder has forced his way into the first team at the Serie A side with a string of impressive displays.
And Arsenal reportedly asked Roma for a "detailed report" on the £36m teenager after scouts were impressed by him earlier in the season.
But Roma have no intention to sell Zaniola and will meet his agent to discuss improved terms.
Italian outlets Gazzetta dello Sport and Calciomercato say Roma want to extend Zaniolo's deal until the summer of 2024, claiming the player wants a wage of 2.4 million euros per season.
Zaniolo has played 20 games in Serie A so far this season, scoring three times.
