Arsenal transfer target has been taken off from the market

It was reported that Arsenal were hoping to sign Carrasco on loan until the end of the season, however, his agent Federico Pastorello insists that the Chinese Super League club do not want to let him go. Meanwhile, Inter Milan insisted on a permanent transfer for Ivan Perisic but as Arsenal could only do loan deals, the club stopped pursuing the winger.
