Former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was in the BeIN Sports studio for Paris Saint-Germain’s Champions League win over Manchester United.
Wenger predicted ahead of the game
- PSG would win 2:0
- Presnel Kimpembe would be the visitor’s weakest player
- Paul Pogba “lacks discipline”
As we know, Manchester United were defeated 2:0, Pogba was sent off late on for a second yellow card on Dani Alves.
The 69-year-old even offered a defence to his longtime rival Jose Mourinho.
He said: "Mourinho has proven he's a great manager but Mourinho has always gone for discipline for everyone and in this team I believe Pogba is a fantastic football player but sometimes he lacks discipline. But you have Matic and Herrera now who work for him so now he can express his talent. Mourinho wanted discipline from everyone and that is dependable as well and so that's maybe (why) Pogba, as we have seen in recent games, has performed well."
