Atletico Madrid offer £60m player to Manchester City

Manchester City have been offered Saul Níguez by Atletico Madrid in a swap deal involving Bernardo Silva, according to The Times. La Liga champions have proposed sending the €70 million-rated (£60.24 million) Saul to City and signing fellow midfielder Silva in return. The 26-year-old is unsettled at Atletico, while Portugal international Silva, who is also 26 and can also operate as a winger as well, is willing to leave City this summer, according to the report.
