Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta has issued a message to his teammates following their 1-0 victory over Fulham on Saturday. With the win the Blues are currently 7th in the league table with 8 points behind league leaders Manchester United. Mason Mount's goal in the 78th minute helped Frank Lampard's side to collect the three points. Speaking to Chelsea's official website, the 31-year-old said: "It was difficult.
