Barcelona decided Ousmane Dembele €400m price tag amid Arsenal links

Ousmane Dembele needs to enjoy his time at Barcelona ‘while he is here’, says Ernesto Valverde following Barcelona 1-1 draw against Tottenham On Yesterday night.
