Arsenal were linked with Ousmane Demebele in the summer and was even eager to pay £100million for the player. Dembele's future was called into question earlier in the season, with much talk over his disciplinary problems. The frontman has netted eight goals in his 14 appearances for Barcelona and appears to have turned a corner with the Catalan giants. His latest goal came in the 3-1 win over Leganes in La Liga on Sunday evening, however, after turning in a superb display, he was forced off 21 minutes from time with an ankle injury. And now it’s obvious that they had little chance of signing him.
