Barcelona offer Phillippe Coutinho to Manchester City

Manchester City have been offered the chance to sign Philippe Coutinho. According to Don Balon, Barcelona want to sell the Brazilian playmaker in the summer. Coutinho joined Liverpool in January 2018 as a replacement for Andres Iniesta, however, has failed to impress. The report claims that La Liga club have finally lost patience with the 26-year-old and are now looking to offload him in the coming months. Barcelona want £98m for the ex-Liverpool midfielder's signature and it indicates that Manchester City have been contacted.
