Barcelona pre-season friendlies: fixtures, dates 2024/25

Barcelona finished 2nd in the La Liga table in the 2023/24 season, securing a Champions League place for the upcoming campaign.

Xavi announced that he will step down as Barca manager in the summer, with Hansi Flick officially taking charge of the Catalan giants. 

Ahead of the new season, Barca's pre-season fixture list has already been confirmed. One of the notable games will be El Clasico against Real Madrid in the United States.

Barcelona pre-season 2024/25 confirmed schedule

Barcelona's first pre-season game took place at the Camping World Stadium against Premier League giants Manchester City. The teams played a 2-2 draw. 

In the next three encounters, La Liga side's opponents will be Real Madrid, the Serie A club AC Milan, and the French team AS Monaco.

In their first pre-season fixture against Arsenal, Barcelona suffered a 5-3 defeat. La Liga giants, though, managed to have an impressive game against Real Madrid, beating the opponents with a score of 3 - 0. Ousmane Dembélé, Fermin Lopez Martin and Ferran Torres were on the scoresheet for their side. 

Next game against AC Milan was also successful for Barca as they beat the Serie A giants with a score of 1 - 0 thanks to Ansu Fati's goal. 

Ahead of the new season, it has been confirmed that El Clasico will take place in New Jersey as part of 2024/25 pre-season campaign.
