Barcelona refused to sign Willian on free transfer

Barcelona have reportedly turned down the chance to sign Chelsea star Willian in the summer. The Brazilian winger is set to leave Chelsea on June 30. Willian wanted a three-year contract, however, negotiations stuck up at the place. His agent Kia Joorabchian has already been plotting his next move and according to SPORT, has offered his services to Barcelona. The Catalan giants like the player and have previously been interested in signing the forward. However, they have other transfer priorities.
