Barcelona set the Neymar "announcement date"

PSG star Neymar has been at the center of attention during the summer transfer window as the Brazilian is being linked with a return to Barcelona. It is being reported that the La Liga side want to pay £154million to bring back the Brazilian, while Ousmane Dembele could also be part of the transfer despite his agent claims that Dembele will stay at Barcelona for 100 per cent. According to El Chiringuito (via Express), Barcelona are set to announce the signing of Neymar from PSG on Thursday, August 29. As a reminder, the transfer window in both France and Spain closes on September 2.
