Bayern Munich chiefs respond to Thomas Muller to Manchester United transfer links

Bayern Munich player Thomas Muller has been linked with a move to Manchester United. Amid the speculations, Bayern Munich chiefs Hasan Salihamidzic and Karl-Heinz Rummenigge spoke out on the possible transfer of Muller to Premier League side. Speaking with Sky Sport, Salihamidzic said: "That’s a story you want to write [Muller being sold]. “We have two players out for months and you are trying to tell us to sell a player. There’s no reason for doing this.” While Bayern Munich CEO Rummenigge stated that he "cannot imagine" Muller being sold in the near future. During this season the 30-year-old has scored one goal in his 12 appearances so far for the Bundesliga side. via Mirror
