As the summer transfer window is officially closed
CIES, the football observatory centre dedicated to statistics, has published a list of the top 20 teams in terms of spending since 2010.
We have separated top 10 spenders list which is topped by Manchester City. Premier League winners have spent € 1.638 billion on transfers since 2010, while Champions League winners Liverpool are 9th as they have spent € 1.075 billion.
Next comes La Liga champions, FC Barcelona, who have spent € 1.525 billion.

3. Chelsea: € 1.428 billion
4. PSG: € 1.392 billion
5. Juventus: € 1.272 billion
6. Manchester United: € 1.265 billion

9. Liverpool: € 1.075 billion
10. Inter Milan: € 968 million
