BREAKING: Arsenal lining up move for Spanish U21 International winger

Reports from Spain claim that Arsenal are lining up a move for Valencia winger Carlos Soler. The Spanish Under 21 international has become a regular starter in the second half of the 2016/17 season under manager Marcelino. He started new campaign in good form providing both assists in Valencia’s 2-2 draw away at Levante. He is an emerging talent and Arsenal chief Sven Mislinatat will surely have him on his radar.
