Turkish reports claim that Besiktas have offered €1.5m loan fee to Arsenal for David Ospina which has been accepted. Only personal terms are to be agreed, for which talks will take place this week.
The Colombia international reportedly demands €4 million a season, while Besiktas are only willing to pay €3 million. However, the Turkish side is currently closer to the deal than ever, so anything could be changed in personal terms.
Besiktas are keen to replace last year's No. 1, Fabri, who has signed for newly promoted Fulham in the Premier League.
