Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has been given two-game ban from UEFA for receiving yellow card on purpose.
32-year-old defender fouled against Kasper Dolberg during Champions League Round of 16 first leg against Ajax Amsterdam and got his second yellow card of the season.
He was supposed to miss the second leg, as Real Madrid have away win and one goal advantage.
After the match, however, Ramos told reporters “I would be lying if I said I didn't force [the booking]". (via BBC)
This ban means Real Madrid captain will not only miss second leg, but also quarterfinals first leg, if Los Blancos manage to qualify.
