Brentford are reportedly ready to break club record to sign Liverpool target Johan Bakayoko from PSV.
The 20-year-old winger has been a player at PSV since 2019. He gained promotion to the club's senior team since last year, July and has already made 44 first-team appearances so far. During these appearances he has scored seven times and has made nine vital assists.
The young player's impressive performance has caught the eye of not just one Premier League club, but two. Before Brentford got interested in the Frenchman, Liverpool had already established themselves admirers of him. In addition, Tottenham and Newcastle United have also been linked with Bakayoko.
As per Sky Sports journalist Dharmesh Sheth, Thomas Frank's side have taken their interest to the next level and submitted a bid to PSV. It is seen to be around € 35 million plus €5m in potential add-ons.
