Calciomercato: Arsenal offer Inter target to Turkish clubs

Arsenal want to sell Mesut Ozil, who earns €350k a week in North London. In January, the Gunners offered Ozil to Inter Milan, Napoli and Juventus, however, no club willing to match either Arsenal’s €30m valuation of the player. According to Calciomercato, the Gunners are offering Ozil out to Turkish clubs-Fenerbahce, Istanbul Basaksehir and Galatasaray-on the bases that Arsenal would contribute a set amount towards the player’s salary over the next two seasons. The former German international has struggled to fully integrate into the Unai Emery’s squad and has long been linked with a move away from Emirates. Ozil registered just six goals and three assists last year having won a contract wrangle with the club, who handed him a mega three-and-a-half year renewal in January 2018.
