Charlie Patino claims Arsenal have a 'very good' 19-year-old in the ranks

Arsenal youngster Charlie Patino has lavished praise on Gunners teammate Catalin Cirjan. Patino claims his fellow Hale End star is “very good” and is on the mend following an ACL injury. Cirjan joined the Arsenal as a scholar from Romanian side Viitorul Domnesti in July 2019. The 19-year-old earned promotion to the Under-23s in 2020-21 and made 20 appearances at age level. And Patino, speaking on a live Facebook stream on Thursday, said of Cirjan:

“He’s a very good player.   “He’s had an unfortunate injury with an ACL, so he’s been out for over a year.   “But he’s on his way back to recovery.”
