Chelsea and West Ham players to be reminded of their responsibilities after breaking self-isolation

Chelsea star Mason Mount will be reminded of his responsibilities by Chelsea after he broke his self-isolation at the weekend, according to the PA news agency understands. The Blues revealed on Friday that winger Callum Hudson-Odoi had tested positive for coronavirus. As a result, the full men's squad, coaching staff and a number of the staff were forced to self-isolate in the line with government health guidelines.
