Chelsea to battle Tottenham and Leicester in £10m transfer war

Chelsea are ready to battle both Tottenham and Leicester to the signing of Metz striker Habib Diallo, according to reports. The 24-year-old has been in good form with eight goals in 13 Ligue 1 appearances this season. According to Team Talk both Spurs and Chelsea have sent scouts to watch him in action on numerous occasions this season.
