Chelsea boss Lampard BREAKS SILENCE on Dembele and speaks about close transfers

Chelsea have long been linked with a move for Lyon star Moussa Dembele. The Blues have reportedly seen their bid rejected by the French club. Lyon president released a statement and said, that Dembele is not on sale. However, during his latest press conference, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard was asked about him. “He is a player I know, and the club knows. But it is a surprise for his name to pop up so much when it’s not as much in my conversations,” said Lampard. “At the moment we are working very hard in the training ground. I don’t want to cut and dry on anyone, but it is not one we are talking about.” Chelsea have also been linked with Timo Werner, Jadon Sancho and host number of players, however, Lampard gave a complete answer to the question about possible transfers that are close. “Nothing is close,” said Lampard.
