Chelsea considering moves for Tottenham target and Bees striker

Chelsea could beat Tottenham to the signing of AC Milan striker Krzysztof Piatek, reports say. Poland international Piatek has been linked with Chelsea during previous transfer windows. The Daily Mail says Spurs have reopened discussions with Milan ahead of this week’s transfer deadline but face the prospect of having to pay £25m to sign him. Chelsea are also looking for a striker. It is claimed that AC Milan have suggested a potential deal that would see Piatek replace Olivier Giroud, who is expected to leave Chelsea and sign for Inter Milan. The Blues are also said to be looking at Brentford marksman Ollie Watkins as a potential signing. Watkins has been superb for the Bees and the Daily Star say Chelsea have identified him as a possible signing in the future. Source- LFN
