Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has called Edinson Cavani "a great player" after being linked with the Uruguay striker.
The Blues can make signings this month after their transfer ban was reduced and Cavani, who is out of contract in the summer, could be one of Lampard’s signings.
Atletico Madrid have also been keeping tabs on the Uruguay international but their initial bid has been rejected outright.
Tottenham and Manchester United have also been linked with the experienced striker.
But let us take a look at how Chelsea could line up with Cavani, should he join the Blues.
The PSG striker would fit in in Lampard’s 4-3-3 formation. He can play as a central forward along with Tammy Abraham and Christian Pulisic.
