Miralem Pjanic could be making his way to Chelsea this summer, despite having already agreed terms with Barcelona. The Bosnia and Herzegovina international could be a part of a swap deal for Jorginho. According to Sky Sports Italia, Maurizio Sarri weighing up the idea of using the midfielder as a makeweight in a deal to sign Jorginho from Chelsea. Pjanic has made 167 appearances for the Old Lady. He has reportedly already turned down Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain, such is his desire to secure a move to the Nou Camp.
